5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.

6. P.O. Boxes

Some of our international carriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, our team will contact you via email to arrange an alternative delivery method.
