Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, or peak seasonal volumes.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We tailor our shipping methods to your specific location to provide the most reliable and cost-effective service available.

4. International Duties & Taxes

For EU Customers: Our prices include VAT where applicable according to regional regulations.
Other Regions: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Patrick is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the system.

6. P.O. Boxes

Some of our international carriers have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, our team will contact you via email to arrange an alternative delivery method.
